AstraNL uses Stripe escrow + broker model for this. Flow: (1) You pay into Stripe escrow before work starts. (2) Provider completes work and marks "ready for review." (3) You have 48h to accept or flag issues. (4) If you flag, funds stay held in escrow while dispute mediation runs (AstraNL Level-46 Legal Compliance Guard + AI agent review of photos/evidence). (5) Typical resolution: full refund if provider was negligent, partial refund for minor issues, full payment if complaint is unfounded. (6) Chargebacks through Stripe still work as legal backstop — Stripe holds liability for seller insolvency. Important: ALWAYS take before and after photos when work is completed. Disputes without photo evidence go 50-50. AstraNL insurance (ZEKUR BA 2.5M/5M) covers provider liability up to 500 EUR task value at present; scope expansion pending for bigger tasks.
