Water hammer after a new boiler install is almost always an installer issue — they should have fitted or re-pressurised the expansion tank and added hammer arrestors if needed. Call them back under their garantie (minimum 2 years in NL per consumer law). Do NOT try to diagnose it yourself with the boiler under warranty — you will void it. Reference: Burgerlijk Wetboek Boek 7 art. 17.
