You cannot go yourself - someone views it and records what you need to know.

What you receive as proof

You agree up front what must be delivered, for example photos of every room, meter readings, and answers to your specific questions. What you want to see is agreed up front. That is what gets delivered.

How it runs

1. You describe the errand: what, where, when, and which proof counts.
2. You place your budget on hold via Stripe. Nothing starts without it.
3. A verified executor accepts and delivers the proof.
4. You confirm the proof - only then does the money go to the executor.

What we are and are not

• The errand is carried out by a person verified in a business register (Netherlands, where register-verified (KvK) executors stand).
• The proof is fixed BEFORE the work starts. It cannot change afterwards.
• Your budget is held at Stripe and is paid out only after you confirm the agreed proof; an unconfirmed hold auto-releases after 7 days.
• AstraNL is a broker: custody never - Stripe holds, principal confirms, executor is paid directly. This is not insurance.
