Received a building stop or an enforcement order in the Netherlands? Get the site documented

The municipality has halted the works or set a repair deadline. You have six weeks from publication to object, and before the deadline you must be able to show what was repaired. Someone goes on site and records the factual situation, dated and located.

What you receive as proof

You agree up front what must be delivered, for example dated, geolocated photos of the reported violation and of the site as a whole, a short factual description without opinion, and on request a second recording after repair. This is not legal advice and does not replace a lawyer or adviser; it is evidence you can use yourself in your objection or towards the municipality. You pay only after you have seen and confirmed the evidence.

How it runs

1. You describe the errand: what, where, when, and which proof counts.
2. You place your budget on hold via Stripe. Nothing starts without it.
3. A verified executor accepts and delivers the proof.
4. You confirm the proof - only then does the money go to the executor.

What we are and are not

• The errand is carried out by a person verified in a business register (Netherlands, where KvK-registered executors stand (registry ID checked; each executor's verification state is shown on its card at /truth/executors.json - never a bare "verified")).
• The proof is fixed BEFORE the work starts. It cannot change afterwards.
• Your budget is held at Stripe and is paid out only after you confirm the agreed proof; Stripe rail only: existing hold-release terms apply. Ordinary bank transfers have no AstraNL hold, automatic release or automatic refund..
• AstraNL is a broker: custody never - AstraNL does not receive or hold the principal amount. Each order explicitly binds its payment rail and named provider. Optional Stripe uses the existing executor destination-charge model. Direct business-bank payment is independently initiated by the principal to the provider's verified business account.. This is not insurance.
