Het is verboden de weg of een weggedeelte anders te gebruiken dan overeenkomstig de publieke functie daarvan, indien: het gebruik … Het is verboden zonder het college daarvan melding te hebben gedaan de in lid 7 bedoelde voorwerpen te plaatsen op de door het college aangewezen plaatsen.
