Conditions

APV 2:10 is a general rule: using the road or a public place is forbidden only when it damages or obstructs the road (less than 1.5 m free on footpaths or 3.5 m on the carriageway), fails welstand, causes nuisance or affects public order; the college can grant an ontheffing. Van een belemmering voor de bruikbaarheid van de weg is in ieder geval sprake wanneer niet tenminste in rechte lijn een vrije doorgang van 1,5 m wordt gelaten op voetpaden en van 3,5 m op de rijbaan voor fietsers of gemotoriseerd verkeer.
