Conditions

Verordening fysieke leefomgeving art. 5.1 forbids using a public place other than for its public function without prior vergunning of burgemeester en wethouders. The APV article 2:10 has lapsed and moved to this verordening.

Het is verboden zonder voorafgaande vergunning van burgemeester en wethouders een openbare plaats of een gedeelte van een openbare plaats anders te gebruiken dan overeenkomstig de publieke functie daarvan.
