Under APV 2:10 lid 5 the college designated vuilcontainer and zeecontainer, among others, as objects needing no ontheffing when placed at most six months and reported at least 4 weeks before placement; conditions: not on a disabled or paid parking place, 3.50 m free for emergency services, 1.20 m free on the pavement, open puinbak covered at night.

Het bevoegd bestuursorgaan wijst in afwijking van het in het vierde lid van artikel 2:10 APV bepaalde de volgende objecten aan waarvoor geen ontheffing vereist is (onder voorwaarde dat deze niet langer dan zes maanden worden geplaatst en minimaal 4 weken voor de plaatsing melding is gedaan
