Conditions

APV 2.1.5.1 is a general rule: using the road other than for its public function is forbidden when it damages or obstructs the road, fails welstand or causes nuisance; objects designated by the college may be placed after a melding at least two working days before use; otherwise an ontheffing of the college is needed.

Het in het eerste lid bepaalde is niet van toepassing op het op de weg plaatsen of aanbrengen van door het college aangewezen objecten mits het voornemen hiertoe aan het college is gemeld en deze melding uiterlijk twee werkdagen voorafgaand aan het gebruik is gedaan.
