Skip or container on the street in Delft: permit needed?

Delft requires no permit or notification for a container on the public road, provided the general rules are met.

Conditions

APV 2:7 allows placing objects temporarily on a public place without vergunning when placement on own ground is not possible, for at most 6 months, at most 12 m2, without damage or danger and meeting welstand; objects larger than 12 m2 must be reported to the college at least 10 working days before; otherwise a vergunning is needed.

Het is toegestaan tijdelijk voorwerpen te plaatsen op een openbare plaats, mits: plaatsing op eigen terrein niet mogelijk is; niet langer dan 6 maanden de omvang niet groter is dan 12 vierkante meter;
