APV 2:10: using a public place other than for its public function is forbidden without a prior melding to the college with a site sketch, description and duration; the use may start if the college has not forbidden it or set conditions within 7 working days after receipt (extendable once by up to four weeks). Nadere regels apply to containers, steigers and building materials.
