Skip or container on the street in Ede: permit needed?

Ede requires no permit or notification for a container on the public road, provided the general rules are met.

Conditions

APV 2:10 is a general rule since the vergunning duty was replaced: using the road is only forbidden when it damages or obstructs the road (less than 1.50 m free on one-way cycle paths, 2.50 m on two-way cycle paths, 3 m on erftoegangswegen, or a closure longer than 40 m) or fails welstand; an ontheffing can be granted. The explanatory notes state that placing puincontainers no longer needs a vergunning.
