Conditions

APV 2:10 B: building materials, steigers, containers and similar are exempt from the vergunning duty when placed on paving, at most 8 m2 and at most 10 days; otherwise a vergunning (omgevingsplanactiviteit under APV 2:10 A) is needed.

bouwmaterialen, steigers, containers en dergelijke, daaronder begrepen zaken en materialen in verband met genoemde voorwerpen, mits geplaatst op verharding en tot een maximum van 8 m² en een maximale duur van 10 dagen.
