Hoorn requires a permit for a container on the public road.

Conditions

Verordening fysieke leefomgeving art. 7.1 forbids using the road other than for its public function without a vergunning of the college; the college can set nadere regels for objects exempt from the ban (not read). APV 2:10 has lapsed and moved here.

Het is verboden, zonder vergunning van het college, de weg of een weggedeelte anders te gebruiken dan overeenkomstig de publieke functie daarvan.
