APV art. 2:10 (Het plaatsen van voorwerpen in de openbare ruimte in strijd met de publieke functie ervan): a melding to the municipality applies to placing the object under the conditions quoted, instead of a vergunning.

Het is verboden de weg, weggedeelte of een andere openbare plaats anders te gebruiken dan overeenkomstig de publieke functie daarvan, … werkdagen voorafgaand aan het gebruik een volledige melding heeft gedaan aan het college, op een door het college beschikbaar gesteld meldingsformulier;
