Skip or container on the street in Lansingerland: permit needed?

In Lansingerland a prior notification is enough for a container on the public road, within the municipal conditions.

Permit fee	€ 152,55 – € 246,10

Conditions

APV 2:10c: placing a bouwafval- or verhuiscontainer on the road is forbidden, except for containers placed shorter than four weeks when a melding is filed with the college at least one week before; for longer than four weeks the college can grant an ontheffing.

Het verbod uit het eerste lid geldt niet voor bouwafval- of verhuiscontainers die korter dan vier weken worden geplaatst op de weg of andere openbare plaats, indien daarvan uiterlijk één week tevoren een melding aan het college is ingediend
