Conditions

APV 2:10 requires a vergunning of burgemeester en wethouders; the nadere regels exempt placement on roads other than main roads at least 150 m from a crossing with traffic lights, working to CROW 96b, leaving 4.00 m free and outside rush hours, and on footpaths leaving at least 1.00 m free (or footpaths not along a main road and outside the centre within the canals).

Een vergunning als genoemd in lid 1 van art. 2.10 is niet nodig voor: 1. Alle wegen, niet zijnde de hoofdwegen zoals aangegeven op bijgevoegde kaart, indien: De plaatsing minimaal 150 m van een kruising met verkeerslichten is gelegen en;
