Conditions

APV art. 2:10 (Voorwerpen op of aan de weg) is a general rule without a vergunning: using the road is forbidden only when the use damages the road, obstructs the road or its management, fails reasonable welstand requirements; an ontheffing of the bevoegd bestuursorgaan is then needed.

Het is verboden de weg of een weggedeelte anders te gebruiken dan overeenkomstig de publieke functie daarvan, als dat gebruik: schade … Het bevoegde bestuursorgaan kan ontheffing verlenen van het verbod als bedoeld in lid 1.
