Maastricht requires a permit unless the container stays within the municipal conditions; then it is permit-free.

Conditions

The leges table charges a vergunning for placing building materials, (rol)steigers and (materiaal)containers in the centre for building, maintenance or demolition work; the rule text in the Verordening fysieke leefomgeving or omgevingsplan was not located in this pass. Precario for a puin-, afval- of materiaalcontainer is charged per day, also where free parking applies.
