Conditions

APV 2:10 forbids using a public place other than for its public function without a vergunning. The general 2:10 leges of 125,75 explicitly exclude objects for building and demolition works; the tariff for those was not found (tarieventabel art. 2.32 is reserved). Precario is not levied on objects for building.
