Rotterdam requires a permit for a container on the public road.

Conditions

APV 2:10 forbids using the road other than for its public function without a vergunning; the leges table names afval- en verhuiscontainers explicitly; placement shorter than 1 day costs no leges. The college may designate exempt categories.

Het is verboden zonder vergunning van het college of de burgemeester de weg of weggedeelten anders te gebruiken dan overeenkomstig de publieke functie daarvan.
