Conditions

APV 2:10 forbids using the road, part of it or a public place other than for its public function without a vergunning of the bevoegd gezag; objects brought briefly for loading or unloading are exempt.

Het is verboden zonder vergunning van het bevoegde gezag de weg, een weggedeelte of een openbare plaats anders te gebruiken dan overeenkomstig de publieke functie daarvan.
