Conditions

APV art. 2.5 (Het plaatsen van voorwerpen op, aan of boven de weg in strijd met de publieke functie ervan) is a general rule without a vergunning: using the road is forbidden only when the use damages the road, obstructs the road or its management, fails reasonable welstand requirements; an ontheffing of the bevoegd bestuursorgaan is then needed.

Het is verboden op, aan of boven de weg of een weggedeelte voorwerpen te plaatsen of te hangen in strijd met de publieke functie … Het bevoegd bestuursorgaan kan ontheffing verlenen van het verbod.
