Het is verboden de weg of een weggedeelte anders te gebruiken dan overeenkomstig de publieke functie daarvan, als: dat gebruik schade … minste drie werkdagen voorafgaand aan het gebruik melding is gedaan aan het college op een door het college vastgesteld meldingsformulier.
