In Zwolle a prior notification is enough for a container on the public road, within the municipal conditions.

APV 2:10 is a general rule: using public space other than for its public function is forbidden when it endangers or obstructs, when it is not short and necessary, or when no melding was made to the college at least three working days before use on the official form, or when the nadere regels are not met.
