Coordination Packages: turning a tender into a real engagement
A coordination package is AstraNL's answer to a simple question a provider asks: “There is a job out there — what exactly do I need to win it and do it profitably?” We assemble the verified path between three real parties.
The three points we coordinate
1
The tender — a real, published job (for example, façade or window cleaning for a building owner) sourced from public tender feeds in the Netherlands.
2
The equipment maker — a manufacturer of the machine that does the work, contacted directly for source-verified price, rental terms, lead time and training.
3
The provider — an independent professional who can take the job. They keep the value; AstraNL takes a small coordination fee only when a real engagement happens.
What a finished package contains
Once a manufacturer replies with real figures, AstraNL builds a ready-to-act package for an interested provider:
• the specific tender and its requirements
• the matching machine, with the manufacturer's verified purchase or rental price
• a per-hour cost model: machine vs. human, so the provider sees the real economics
• training, service and warranty terms
• a clear execution checklist: what to do, in what order, to deliver the job
Our honesty rule. A package is only released when the price and specifications are confirmed by the manufacturer. Until then, any figure is shown as an estimate, never as a quote. We would rather say “we don't know yet” than pass on a number a provider might bet money on.
Who we approach first
Providers already active in the relevant trade — cleaning, façade, inspection — are first to receive these packages, because they can act on them immediately. New providers are welcome to register their trade and join the queue.
