Reality Attested
A seal is issued only when a candidate passes the Reality Wall: identity proven, hard constraints met, independent evidence present, stock and price fresh, verifier and adversarial checks passed. It is tied to an exact product, revision, use case and timestamp, and it expires. It is never a brand certification and never a legal certificate.
