In afwijking van het in het eerste lid bepaalde bestaat een meldingsplicht voor de bij besluit van het college aangewezen objecten, onder voorwaarde dat deze niet langer dan één week worden geplaatst, het gezamenlijke oppervlak ervan niet groter is dan 6m²
