a. indien de bouwkosten € 455.000,00 of minder bedragen: € 38,63 voor elk geheel bedrag van € 1.000,00 van de bouwkosten met een minimum van € 115,89 b. indien de bouwkosten meer dan € 455.000,00 bedragen: € 17.576,65 vermeerderd met € 31,74 voor elk geheel bedrag van € 1.000,00 van de bouwkosten
