Het verbod is voorts niet van toepassing op de volgende voorwerpen, mits wordt voldaan aan de krachtens het vierde lid gestelde nadere regels: terrassen als bedoeld in artikel 2:27 tweede lid; uitstallingen; bouwobjecten;
