Skip or container on the street in Zaanstad: permit needed?

Zaanstad requires a permit unless the container stays within the municipal conditions; then it is permit-free.

Conditions

Verordening fysieke leefomgeving art. 5.50 requires a vergunning for objects on a municipal public place, but the ban does not apply when the nadere regels are met: at most 4 bouwobjecten (containers named) for at most 30 consecutive days, 1.5 m free footpath, 3.5 m free road for emergency services, at least 15 m from a crossing, no damage or nuisance.

Het is toegestaan tijdelijk maximaal 4 bouwobjecten te plaatsen indien de duur van de ingebruikname van een openbare plaats aaneensluitend niet langer dan 30 dagen bedraagt.
