Generative Bionics has introduced Gene.01, a humanoid robot equipped with tactile sensors across its entire body rather than only at gripper endpoints. This full-body sensory approach enables the robot to detect human proximity and physical contact throughout its structure, allowing it to respond to interactions across its frame rather than only through hand-based feedback systems.
