SANY autonomous mining trucks have entered operation in Latin America, the first reported deployment of the company's self-driving haulage vehicles in the region.
The development adds another documented case of large-scale embodied AI systems running in active mining environments. These vehicles combine perception, planning and control software with heavy equipment chassis to move material without on-board operators.
