Fresh from €1.2 billion raise, NEURA Robotics acquires Adlatus Robotics to give cleaning robots a “new brain”
NEURA Robotics acquired Adlatus Robotics through its NEURA Mobile Robots GmbH subsidiary. The transaction brings Adlatus’s existing fleet of autonomous cleaning and sweeping robots under NEURA’s control. The move follows NEURA’s recent €1.2 billion funding round.
The acquisition adds a line of service robots to NEURA’s portfolio of cognitive and mobile systems. Integrators working across logistics, facility automation, and multi-robot fleets now face a single supplier for both transport and cleaning functions. This consolidation can affect how operators plan shared navigation, task allocation, and fleet-management interfaces.
Adlatus’s installed base of deployed units will be incorporated into NEURA’s existing robot-control framework.
